For more than 25 years I have worked across health and social care, supporting organisations through major challenges and periods of growth.
I work with providers, directors, investors and senior leaders who want more than basic compliance. They want organisations that are well led, financially resilient and capable of delivering consistently outstanding care.
I support organisations at every stage, from new provider registration and mobilisation through to regulatory recovery, business expansion and strategic transformation. Much of my work involves complex regulatory issues, where I embed governance systems that create lasting improvement rather than short-term fixes.
As a C‑CAF Accredited Consultant through Care England, I use nationally recognised assurance methods to strengthen governance, manage risk and evidence quality. My approach is practical and grounded in operational experience: good governance should improve the experience of people receiving care, not simply satisfy regulators.
Alongside Baines Advisory, I am a Director of OwnSpace Developments, advising on property acquisition and development within health and social care. This lets me support providers and investors from identifying a suitable property through to creating a compliant, sustainable care environment.
